A Local Foundation for Lasting Impact
Kingstone Uganda Project owns and manages a growing family of schools that provide education, care, mentorship, and community support to vulnerable children and families. Our schools give our work a clear local presence, a trusted operational base, and a practical platform through which our programmes are delivered.
Our Schools Are the Heart of Our Work
Kingstone Uganda Project owns, runs, and directly oversees its schools as part of its wider mission to transform lives through education, care, faith, mentorship, and community development. These schools are not separate from our work. They are the main platforms through which our programmes are implemented.
Through these schools, KUP manages child sponsorship, education support, feeding and welfare programmes, mentorship, skills development, community outreach, child protection, and future development projects. This gives our partners and supporters confidence that their contribution is connected to real children, real schools, and real communities.

Firdale Christian Trust
Kingstone Secondary School
Firdale Christian Trust, a UK-based charity, has been a committed partner in strengthening Kingstone Secondary School and supporting its journey toward long-term sustainability. Over the years, the Trust has supported a number of key programmes and development projects around the school campus including the water project, ICT facility, science laboratory, and construction of several school buildings. During critical growth stages when the school struggled financially, the Trust also played an important role in supporting teachers’ salaries and helping the school continue operating and growing steadily. Their continued partnership has made a meaningful difference in the lives of learners, staff, and the wider school community.
The long-term support from Firdale Christian Trust has helped Kingstone Secondary School grow into a stronger and more stable learning environment for vulnerable children and the surrounding community. The infrastructure projects supported by the Trust have improved learning conditions, expanded educational opportunities, and strengthened the school’s capacity to serve more learners effectively. Support toward staff welfare and school operations during difficult seasons also helped the school remain active and continue progressing toward sustainability. Beyond infrastructure and financial support, the partnership has encouraged growth, confidence, and hope within the entire school community.
